Mr. Dulguun Ganbyamba, First Deputy Governor of the Bank of Mongolia, is the Chairman of the Deposit Insurance National Committee, the governing authority of the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Mongolia.

Mr. Dulguun earned his bachelor’s degree in international economics from the National University of Mongolia and his master’s degree in banking and finance from the University of Luxembourg.

Mr. Dulguun commands excellent understanding of and possesses vast experience in his chosen profession, having occupied multiple minor and major roles in the financial sector.

Prior to his appointment as the First Deputy Governor of the Bank of Mongolia, Mr. Dulguun initially worked at the Bank of Mongolia as an accountant in the Payments and Settlements Department and transferred to the Supervision Department as a supervisor and then promoted to senior supervisor. He also gained extensive experience working at Schroder Investment Management Fund of Luxembourg, serving as a Deputy CEO and Head of the Risk Evaluation and Management Department of the Development Bank of Mongolia and CEO of State Bank of Mongolia.

He has been working as the First Deputy Governor and the Chairman of the Bank of Mongolia and the Deposit Insurance National Committee, respectively, since 2020.
