Mr. Bauyrzhan Tinassilov has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the government sector and financial industry, with a focus on analytical research and project work across various financial institutions.

Currently Mr. Bauyrzhan Tinassilov is serving as the Chief Expert in the Analysis and Methodology Department of the Kazakhstan Deposit Insurance Fund and he plays a pivotal role in enhancing the Fund's rating assignment methodology and developing analytical tools within the framework of the differential premium system.

Prior to this role, Mr. Tinassilov held positions at the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of Kazakhstan and the National Bank of Kazakhstan. Throughout his tenure, he gained extensive experience in banking analysis, stress testing, risk assessment, and macroprudential regulation. He actively contributed to the development of methodologies, tools, and policies aimed at fostering financial stability and promoting effective banking supervision.

Mr. Tinassilov is also a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) by the esteemed Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
